Overslept!

Damn, lately all I have been spending on is food, and taxi fares! I'd missed my last bus to get to music lesson - so I'd to take a taxi. Today, I woke up only 15 MINUTES before my class started - so I took a taxi. Thank God I didn't have long to wait for it, or that the teacher isn't a very strict one. Barely had time to feed my hammies, and I left, forgetting to put on my socks, and went without breakfast/lunch. Darn. Anyway, seriously I'm running out of stuff to blog about. So I'm just gonna post pictures I took of a ceiling and something else in some theme park. Ciaooo xx

Tokyo, Japan: Day Four (Tuesday)

Spent the entire day in Tokyo DisneySea with my aunt today! Pretty exhausting day, and took lots of crappy photos there with only my cellphone, since I forgot to bring a proper digi camera! That earned me a considerable deal of nagging from my aunt. Oh well. Anyway, before I post up pictures and perhaps vids of my visit to DisneySea for their Spring Carnival 2010, I'll rant and rave about Tokyo DisneySea first. Before you read the paragraph below, please take note not to take any offence at what I've written or thought about DisneySea (personally, I don't think it ain't that bad!). Go on ahead...

DisneySea feels all pretty majestic, especially the buildings and stuff. They've got tons of edifices there, such as the Aladdin's mosque thingy, a pyramid-like thing with that gross face sitting at the top of it, and a pretty cool volcano which emits smoke (and fire during the shows by the harbor). Most of the buildings took inspiration from New York, USA and Venice! It really does feel like I'm in Europe, even though I've never really visited one European nation ever, YET! The other great thing I love  about Tokyo DisneySea is the spectacular attraction shows they have, though it's pretty hard to plan around the different times! TBC...

Hong Kong Disneyland: December 2009

Well, I haven't had a chance lately to post up pictures of my trip to Hong Kong last year! It was spectacular! Just can't wait to try another Disneyland in another land in early April! Woot! Okay, photo fest and more deets about each of them below!

ABOVE: Fake crocodiles. Seriously thought these were real. And till now, I'm still suspicious of their genuinity! This ride was scary in some parts, e.g. the Red Indians, spontaneous bouts of fire, voodoo/witchcraft stuff.

Here are my thoughts on Hong Kong Disneyland: I think it's pretty cool, most especially the fireworks at the end above Cinderella's Castle. But I wouldn't say the rides are awesome. The Stitch roller-coaster ride gave all of us a splitting headache. I didn't get a chance to ride the carousel tho... Pity. I loved the Jungle Ride on the boat however! I can't exactly remember the rest... The souvenir shops are definitely pretty and all vintage-like in appearance. Hopefully, I have a better time in Tokyo Disneyland soon! But that post is gonna have to wait, for now!

Marvelous Ceilings

Oddly enough, yep, this is a post about ceilings (mostly!). I found some really nice ones while I was in the Resorts World when I first went there with my 'cuz. It was newly opened and all, so there were not many people around. The casinos were pretty much ready for opening, but not yet. Speaking of, I probably can't enter there till 3 years later, but I honestly don't feel deprived or anything. After all, they say gambling is ADDICTIVE! Anyway, on to ceilings (that sounded really strange). I took a few snaps of these rather pretty ceilings. They were pretty high off. My camera-phone had no Zoom either.

ABOVE: All right, so this ain't a ceiling, but this towering statue of an elephant is still pretty MARV!

ABOVE: This pretty, majestic ceiling was taken from a National Museum in Singapore! It was so high o_o

I took a picture of this ad for girl-needs from a magazine and added my own words to the 'sleeping mask'! Love the teeth of the 'munk/squirrel. Seriously, I can't tell the difference between the two cuties!

Also, my mother recently made a cup of hot chocolate for me, a second round! The first looked nicer, with that design which usually appears on quality coffee, but it was WAAAAAAAY bitter! She'd put too much cocoa powder in that one. The second one she made was much nicer, since she added sugar in that.
